Operation process
- 1.Pour the weighed flour into the mixing box (at least 5Kg and at most 15Kg), and turn on the power switch to mix.
- 2.Slowly add water into the water tank, stop the machine when mixing for 3~4 minutes, remove the mixing rod, continue mixing for 10 minutes (can be determined according to customer requirements), then turn off the power and wake up.
- 3.Turn on the power switch, remove the pull plate under the mixing box, and the mixed dough will fall into the junction box. Turn off the power supply, take away the filling tank, get all the dough in the mixing box to the junction box, and take out the junction box to press the dough.
- 4.Clean the mixing tank.
- Please unplug the power supply when cleaning the surface to avoid injury.
- This machine cannot be washed directly with water.
